Meet Melissa Miller
As an executive coach and consultant, I specialize in helping leaders navigate the complexities of management, leadership, team development, and career transitions with confidence. With over 14 years of experience in the tech industry, including C-suite leadership roles in Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success, I understand firsthand the challenges leaders face because I’ve been there myself.
I know what it takes to drive strategy, lead teams, and build meaningful relationships across an organization. I partner with new and emerging executives to develop the skills, strategies, and mindset shifts needed to lead effectively.
